Ben Druce is the director of Industrial Design and Human Factors engineering at Arete Biosciences. He has over 15 years as a cross-functional design leader with a strong background in industrial design, digital design, product management and user experience.
He’s a strong believer that a human-centered design approach and collaborative mindset is key to creating exceptional solutions to complex problems. Ben is passionate about creating solutions that improve the quality of life and health outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals and streamline the diagnostic process reducing the burden on users and environments they work in.
