Rane Zilmer, Research Associate 1
Rane is an accomplished research assistant with extensive experience in molecular biology laboratory techniques, including DNA extraction, immunoassays, and PCR. Currently working at Arete Biosciences, she designs and executes experiments to optimize assay performance and communicates results effectively to peers. Previous roles include internships at Lui Lab and UC Davis, where she managed animal care and conducted various laboratory tasks. Rane holds a BS in Genetics and Genomics from UC Davis, with a minor in Evolution, Ecology, and Biodiversity.
