Sujit Jangam, Partner and VP of Research & Development
Dr. Jangam is the Vice-President of R&D at Arete Biosciences, with over 18 years of experience in developing in vitro diagnostic products and medical devices. He holds a B.Tech and M.Tech in Biotechnology & Biochemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University, and has completed the Biodesign Executive Education Program at Stanford University. Dr. Jangam has held senior R&D positions at Abbott Laboratories and Applied Biosystems, leading the development of products like the QuantStudio PCR platforms and the FreeStyleLibre continuous glucose monitors.
